5. API Usage and Integration

  • Banking partners must obtain proper authorization before accessing our APIs
  • API access is subject to rate limiting and usage restrictions
  • We reserve the right to modify or terminate API access at any time

5.2 API Security

  • Banking partners must implement appropriate security measures
  • All API communications must be encrypted
  • Authentication credentials must be kept secure and not shared

6. Intellectual Property

  • All content, features, and functionality of SFMS are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws
  • You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on our platform
